Notice of Annual General Meeting
The Revelstoke Snowmobile Club Annual General Meeting will take place on Saturday, October 23 from 12 pm – 1 pm, which will include a pizza lunch.
The annual general meeting is a good time for members to provide input on the Club’s direction and help with the selection of the Board of Directors. Find the meeting agenda and Club bylaws further down this page.
If you’re interested in becoming a director of one of the oldest and largest snowmobile clubs in British Columbia, or you know someone that would be a good fit, fill out the submission form below. All nominations must be submitted by 12 pm on Friday, October 22, 2021.
The agenda is also open for additions by the membership until October 22, 2021. All members are invited, and your participation is valued and appreciated.
Currently, the meeting will progress in the following sequence:
- A year in Review
- Election
- Proposed bylaw changes
- Additional topics for discussion
For those that would like to participate remotely, an electronic alternative will be available prior to the event.
