I volunteer because I love this sport, this community, and these mountains. When I first stepped into the Club, I saw what generations of volunteers had built—trails, cabins, relationships, and a sledding culture unlike anywhere else in the world. I also saw the challenges ahead: land-access pressures, long-term planning needs, and the responsibility of managing one of the busiest riding zones in Canada.

Boulder and Frisby offer world-class terrain and the legendary Revy snow—epic riding, every single day.

I chose to volunteer with the Club because I enjoy working with driven individuals and find great satisfaction in giving back to the community.

I enjoy sledding in the Revelstoke area because I love the terrain and we have the best snow!

I am happy to volunteer for the RSC to ensure that snowmobiling continues to be a great sport that people can enjoy for years to come.

I enjoy sledding in Revelstoke because of the world-class snow we receive each year. I also like seeing some of the same people from all over the world every winter.

I volunteered because I believe we all need to support organized sledding to keep areas open for years to come.

I’ve chosen to ride here because we have the best snow in North America.

I volunteer to help make the club the best it can be. With 20 years+ of experience with non-profit association boards, I am passionate to support something that fuels my greatest passion.

I am completely obsessed with the snowfall in Revelstoke—the kind of deep, endless powder that keeps you coming back for more. Our family loves the mountains and the community that surrounds them. Volunteering here feels like the perfect way to give back and preserve our playground for many years to come.

I chose to volunteer with the Club to help give back to a community that gives so much to me!

I love sledding in the Revelstoke area because of the easy access, great trails and cabins, and of course the EPIC snow.

For my style of riding, I find Revelstoke has a great mix of terrain and consistent snowfall.

I have been sledding for a long time, and regardless of the activity or sport of choice, I believe you have to give back some time for all the enjoyment you have taken from it. Also, I think we are in a crucial time with outside sources trying to limit our riding areas and I don’t want to stand by and watch more areas get eroded away.

Volunteering with the club is a great way to give back to the snowmobiling community. It’s also a great way to meet like minded people that want to go for a ride!

Revelstoke has been my favorite spot to sled for 17 years now. It offers a lot of different terrain and awesome snow! The beautifully groomed trails definitely add the experience.

Join our board of directors

Directors at large are elected each year. New directors are always welcome and should be prepared to attend at least 70% of meetings and events throughout the year. Executive positions are two terms. Executive Board positions should have demonstrated significant leadership within the Revelstoke Snowmobile Club, have a solid understanding of the Club’s bylaws and Societies Act, understand the basics of financial statements, and be willing to volunteer significant time during their tenure.
