Unmanaged Areas

What is an unmanaged area?
An unmanaged area is just that—no grooming, no cabins, and generally yours to explore. However, be aware of zones managed for industry, seasonal caribou habitat, motorized closures, provincial or national park boundaries, & heli- or cat-ski tenures. When riding in these areas, be cautious of these exceptions & expect advanced, often unpredictable conditions.
