Firewood Party – Thanksgiving Back

Keep our backcountry cabins warm! Join the Revelstoke Snowmobile Club’s Firewood Parties for Thanksgiving Back. Skiers, hikers, sledders …everyone is welcome. Come split wood, experience an off-road adventure by taking a side by side up the mountain and enjoy a free volunteer BBQ!

You can sign up with Tourism Revelstoke HERE and as a thank-you, you can get the accommodation costs during the event dates reimbursed up to $400 when you book two or more nights!

Volunteer Role:

This volunteer role includes moving heavy logs up and down stairs, and cleanly stacking firewood inside the sheds. Bonus if you can operate log splitters or safely swing an axe!

Perfect for: Anyone who loves the outdoors, enjoys a physical workout, and wants to give back.

Other Details:

• BBQ lunch provided & transport up the mountain to a cabin in a side by side!
• It’s a day out in a remote backcountry cabin, so come prepared for a mix of weather and physical activity.
• Sturdy boots are required.
